Officers learned a man was sitting at a table outside of a Starbucks at 701 Montana Avenue when unprovoked, a man approached him holding a pair of scissors. The suspect pointed the scissors at the victim and made a slashing motion towards the victim’s neck before walking away. The victim was not injured.   Francisco Lazaro Arrieta, 49, was taken into custody for assault with a deadly weapon. His bail is set at $30,000. 1 Comment center_img Comments are closed.
