Former solicitor charged over alleged €28 million fraud

first_imgUpdated 2.20pm A FORMER SOLICITOR has been charged in relation to an alleged €2.8 million fraud at a court in Dublin this morning.Ruairí Ó Ceallaigh, in his early 40s, has appeared before Dublin District Court this morning where he was charged with seven counts of fraud.The case relates to the alleged appropriation of funds from a client account in his family’s law firm, Seán Ó Ceallaigh and Co Solicitors in Phibsboro in north Dublin.The case has been adjourned until 6 January 2014 when the book of evidence will be served.First published 10.19amlast_img read more
